           Description
  The Ferguson Library for Print Handicapped Students provides free service in Atlantic Canada to post-secondary students in the community who have visual or physical impairments affecting the ability to read printed material.

Specific Service(s)   Equipment, Library, Literature/Information, Other (Explained in Specific Service Notes)
                  Details Resources/loans are available in audio format as well as in text. The library has e-text, digital audio, MP3's and computer terminals with text-enlargement and speech capabilities. A Smart-view print-enlarger for paper items is also available. Interlibrary loan of material found at other institutions is available or arrangements can be made for transcription of an item. Individualized reference assistance is available through appointment.
