Emotions Anonymous is a self-help support program that meets in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia at the Dartmouth General Hospital (325 Pleasant St., board room) on Saturdays. The group focuses on emotions such as fears and pressures of daily living, anger, anxiety, low self-esteem, suicidal tendencies, low self-worth and depression.
