Allkids Early Intervention Program is a home-based program providing specialized services and support to families of children between birth and school age who have a developmental delay or who are at risk for developmental delay. Children can be referred by parents, doctors, community health personnel and others with the parents' consent. The program is run by a community based Board of Directors and receives partial funding and direction from standards and guidelines established by the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services. |
