Atlantic Care-A-Van is approved for Transportation and Attendant Care coverage for clients who are grandfathered by the Nova Scotia Department of Health, Long Term Care Division. Long Term Care coordinators must be contacted to authorize payment prior to the transport.
Atlantic Care-A-Van provides a cost efficient alternative to traditional modes of transportation for clients who are either ambulatory or able to sit in a wheelchair. Atlantic Care-A-Van provides Health Care Professionals as escorts for our clients. The safety and personal needs of our clients are Atlantic Care-A-Van's #1 priority. |
